Hi! i’m Sarah, the founder of SKH move & fitness
I help redefine physical movement through dance and exercise by prioritizing self-connection, community and self-trust. My experiences allow me to share my wisdom and life lessons, guiding children, women, and adults to move authentically and build self-love.
From a young age, I was passionate about performing, leading to a successful career in dance. After moving to Toronto at 17, I pursued my dream of becoming a triple threat, eventually landing roles in "Step Up" and "Mary Poppins."
While I hustled in the dance community, I also worked with the intellectually disabled. This life experience taught me the value of patience and compassion. Although it was a demanding career, burnout changed my life, leading me to focus on self-care. I eventually transitioned to teaching dance and fitness after 11 years of service and followed my passion to becoming a coach and entrepreneur.

Bianka
TEACHER
Bianka has been passionate about dance for as long as she can remember. What began as a childhood interest has grown into a lifelong journey of movement, creativity, and connection. She truly feels that dance is her purpose.
As a dance instructor, Bianka specializes in commercial dance and loves helping dancers of all levels grow in skill, strength, and confidence. Her classes focus on expression, stepping outside of the box, progress, perseverance, and, most importantly—enjoying the process. We’re proud to have Bianka join the SKH Move & Fitness team and we're excited to watch her share her passion with our community!

Breezey
TEACHER
With a lifelong passion for movement, Breezey took dance classes throughout her youth and adolescence, participated in every after-school dance program she could, and spent three years performing with a competitive hip-hop crew.
Her journey into teaching began when she was hired by Ballet Jazz Sutton to lead their hip-hop groups—an experience that sparked her love for dance instruction. While her career path later led her to become a certified special care counsellor, she is excited to be back in the dance world, sharing her expertise and energy with students.
Her approach to dance is simple: she values individuality, inclusivity, and, above all, having fun. We’re excited to have her join us and know our dancers will flourish under her guidance.
