Bootcamp in the park
this summer: tuesdays & thursdays !
Bootcamp in the Park is a dynamic outdoor training experience designed to elevate your strength, cardiovascular endurance, and agility in an energizing group setting. Hosted at Knowlton Lions Park, this program combines interval training with a mix of individual weight work, athletic drills, and team-based challenges that creates a supportive & fun environment!
Whether you're chasing that energizing, early-morning boost or prefer to sweat it out in the evening, we've got you covered. Join us Tuesday evenings from 5:30-6:30 pm to move, laugh, and unwind after work or sign up for our Thursday morning class from 6:00-7:00 am for a cooler, refreshing start to your day.
Please note that this program is not intended for beginners. Participants should already have a foundational level of fitness and prior experience in group training environments. In the event of inclement weather, classes will be held indoors to ensure consistency and quality of training.
