Fierce & Feminine

Fierce and Feminine is a welcoming and safe environment for women to unapologetically explore their femininity, sensuality, build self-confidence and nurture self-love.

how it all started

Fierce & Feminine is a little piece of my heart.

Fierce & Feminine began as a heels class—an invitation to step into your feminine energy and express yourself, whether in stilettos, kitten heels, or bare feet.

After years of dancing in Montreal, I moved back to my hometown of Knowlton, QC. I knew I wanted to bring that same empowering experience to women here: a space to feel sexy, strong, and free—just as they are.

What started as a very casual class rapidly became so much more. Friendships formed, confidence grew, and a vibrant community emerged. That’s when the program transformed, and Fierce & Feminine was born.

Now, I offer three versions of the class to suit different levels:
Fierce & Feminine Heels Fundamentals, Fierce & Feminine Beginner, and the Fierce Team.

Fierce & Feminine Classes

As Fierce & Feminine has grown over the years, I have decided to offer three versions of the class to suit different levels: Fierce & Feminine Heels Fundamentals, Fierce & Feminine Beginner, and the Fierce Team.

Crowns & Flowers Showcase:

A Celebration of Self-Expression, Sensuality & Community

Crowns & Flowers began as a personal and heartfelt response to a dear friend’s cancer diagnosis. As our community rallied together to raise funds and awareness, I wanted to contribute in a way that felt authentic to who I am and what I love. The idea came naturally: I would create a show—a space where the women in my Fierce & Feminine dance classes could take the stage, celebrate who they are, and be seen in all their beauty and power.

What started as a small act of support has since grown into a vibrant, annual production blending dance, drag, and burlesque, with guest artists from Montreal, all in celebration of feminine energy, individuality, and bold self-expression. Now in its fourth edition, Crowns & Flowers continues to evolve as an artistic tribute to community, resilience, and joy.

Each year, we donate 100% of proceeds to a meaningful cause. Our first edition supported the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, followed by donations to Entr’Elles, a local women’s shelter, and Pride Montreal.

At its heart, Crowns & Flowers is more than a show—it's a movement. It’s an invitation to raise our vibration, to own our stories, and to inspire others to do the same. It’s been a dream to create this eclectic event every year—bringing people together through culture, performance, and ‘girls just want to have fun’ energy. We hope that what we share throughout the evening is not only passed down to our audience, but continues to be shared by our audience with the world.

Whether you come for the full bar and cabaret vibes, the electrifying performances, or the mission behind it all—you’re part of something special. I’m proud to uplift queer and trans voices, to spotlight the sensual arts, and to offer a space where everyone can feel seen, powerful, confident, empowered, supported, celebrated and unapologetically themselves.

Never dim your light—let it shine on stage and beyond.
