A low-impact, beginner-friendly Tabata workout designed to build strength, stamina, and confidence. Short intervals, simple movements, and purposeful pacing keep you challenged, not overwhelmed. Perfect for those with some basic fitness experience, but not recommended if you’re brand new to exercise.
